Probably so. 2 road wins ( 1 In conference) is very impressive this early in the season.

You could argue 3 P5 wins.

I'm happy to see KU > "Big money" football programs such as Notre Dame (pre-season 5), Miami (pre-season 16), Michigan State (pre-season 15), Florida, LSU, Texas, etc.

K-state ranked. KU not ranked. We really need to beat them this year.

bunch of BS. easily a top 15 resume. I would expect to be ranked 18-23 not ranked at all is silly.

Only thing we can do is rack up more W's.

Can't remember the last time prior to today that I thought "thank goodness for Jayhawks football or this would have been an awful weekend of football".

KU has been covering everything might as well keep on the horse.

Think about that. We went from "Kansas, just please cover the spread and provide somewhat entertaining football" to "Kansas has covered everything, including a P5 win at home against a 3-0 team when the spread was 7 points"

Which by the way, cha-ching. :)

Some different bowl game projections this morning:

First Responder Bowl, 12/27, Dallas (SMU)

Frisco Football Classic, 12/17, Frisco, TX

Liberty Bowl, 12/28, Memphis

Guaranteed Rate Bowl, 12/27, Phoenix (Chase)

Armed Forces Bowl, 12/22, Fort Worth

Texas Bowl, 1/2, Houston

Any of those are good with me.

Frisco might be the lamest, but I'll take anything.

It got to the point of "please look better than a bottom half of D2 caliber team" so this is quite the upgrade. They are now a flat out entertaining team to watch. It will be even more fun when the defense improves as they definitely have the most room for growth.

Love his celebration too. Gets down low, flexes like crazy, leans way back and just yells like a madman.

This team has some attitude to them. Grimm dancing while waving the wheat after his TD score, Cobee Bryant pick 6 in OT when he could have easily gone down in West Va, Daniels with crazy charisma and leadership and so much more.

A fun ass team.

Phelps was grabbed on almost every snap. Kansas certainly got no favors from the stripes. A 50-50 day is all we can ask. But Phelps is a beast.
