Between Hunter playing a ton as starting 5, and KJ playing a ton as backup 5, that leaves little more than, like, 2023 Clemence minutes remaining.
I think I’m OK with Parker getting those.
And KJ at the 5 affords us that curveball of a lineup change that can be huge toward our gameplan, and whether our mid-1st half depth slows us down or speeds us up.

Parker Braun looks a little better than I expected. Decently athletic. The Braun parents says he's a better athlete than Christian.
I don't think Parker is great at anything. Buts hes ok at everything. 6'10 guy who's fairly athletic and doesn't really have any glaring strengths or weaknesses. He can give us a few minutes

“Positively,” Self said, asked if Furphy figures to be in the rotation. “We recruited him to play that. Also we’ve only got 10 guys on scholarship (prior to signing Furphy). If you redshirt one or two of them, whoever that is, I don’t think it’ll be that hard to be part of the rotation.”
Self said Furphy “is a guard. The way we play it doesn’t matter. He can play one of four spots.”
Asked if there’s any chance Furphy would be a redshirt, Self said: “No. He’s got to play.”…

Arterio can go get his own for sure. Hope he stays healthy. I think I'm getting to be a real worry-wart about this health thing where KU B-ball is concerned.
