You mean cigarettes? I think that’s up to you to decide until the science comes in, right?

I don’t think a single argument could be made that vaping is ‘safe’ or ‘good’ for one’s heart/lungs.

depends on what the liquid is made of

some of the additives can be quite harmful. if i recall, you want to make sure you’re getting the vegetable-based glycerin formulas…and no added flavors

drops under the tongue…and don’t swallow immediately. you want it to absorbed sub-lingually before hitting your digestion

I used to get these “chill pills” that looked like little translucent orange Altoids and tasted pleasantly citrusy. They’d dissolve in your mouth and you’d be stoned within an hour. Haven’t found them again in years tho. It seems like every other edible product is just candy.

thinking about this a bit, the wife and i are coming up on two years of sobriety, and i honestly think my cannabis intake may have actually declined during this time, which i wouldn’t have predicted
