I just played this from the embedded link here with no problem, but playing it on YouTube requires “Sign in to confirm your age.” Also, the taser shot from the second officer isn’t very loud, so don’t doubt that the final shots ARE from his handgun, not his taser.

The police car at 1:41 not stopping leaves me flabbergasted.
