Eh, he was not a "presidential hopeful" in the eyes of Dems. Maybe in his own mind but that doesn't count for much. If he throws his hat in the ring it will last for about 2 weeks.

He deserves the presumption of innocence, same as everyone else.
Also, celebrating the fact that a woman got hit -- whether he struck first or she did -- just to own the Dems is kinda psycho.

It should be with inmate lawyers and also should be able to use the private room in jail. this is the good decision what I expect ever.
