Need some new boots

What do you all recommend. No cowboy boots. Probably Chukka or Chelsea boots (ankle height) to wear to work (we can wear jeans daily). I have a pair of Clarks, but they are starting to fall apart. I've looked on Amazon and it just seems nothing jumps out. I don't know, I'm pretty picky.

Minus my slides and my suit wearing shoes, every pair of shoes I own are Merrell's.

It says to pair these boots with a pair of "japanese raw denims." I wonder what japanese raw denims are. Whatever they are, I ain't wearing them.

I think these are pretty sweet boots for casual / office work.

Probably not your style, but these are interesting from Converse. To be released Nov 8th.
