What’s your guys’s routine for trying to make your head stop feeling like it’s being squeezed in a vice?

Well I figured that’s why it stings when I pee, but wut about the head cold?

Advil cold and sinus (behind the pharmacy counter)..ibuprofen and pseudoephedrine.

I kind of do this weird thing that works more often that not when I have head cold..

But I bundle up in sweats and a sweatshirt and sleep as far below the covers as I can. I'll more often than not wake up feeling better. Maybe not 100%, but a good 80%.

Emerg in C. or whatever that stuff is called. I'm told some people swear by Zinc as well.

My dad used to say that, if you take medicine you’ll feel better in a week; if you don’t take medicine, it may take seven days to get better.

Medicine doesbt always cure you faster but it makes you feel able to function faster

Jk but for real I’ve had a nasty cold, and leaving early for tip-off is just a silver lining.

aaaand since I can’t pregame with beers since I’m on cold meds, can I just pregame with more cold meds?

I've heard the zinc thing from people I respect, but I haven't tried it.
Rest and fluids. Spicy food to clear the sinuses.
"Benedryl + Decongestant" lets me sleep. It only helps the symptoms, but sure can make me feel better.

i’ve gone the zinc route, and think it helped...though, unless i’m mistaken, that and even more so the vitamin c, don’t do much once you’re already sick
