If collusion is not a crime, then why are people's head's exploding over Manafort, Roger Stone, Wikileaks, Julian Assange. So what's wrong with digging up dirt on a political opponent? Is that now against the law??
Hillary Clinton, the DNC, Christopher Steele, attempted the same with the Russian dossier. So I guess what's good for the goose in this case is NOT good for the gander. Holy crap!

"High crimes and misdemeanors" can be defined by Congress however it sees fit.
