hahahah Accenture --- This isn't a Trump problem it's a federal procurement problem. Blame your Senators and House reps for NEVER FUCKING FIXING IT! This shit has been going on for YEARS! If the House and Senate could put through some actual changes I don't see any reason any executive wouldn't' sign because it would cut off the piggy bank to an equal amount of the country. USG procurement is fucking stupid and the tax payers are getting fully ripped off at the request of the house and senate.
