Oh, what could have been:

I ate at the Plum Tree back in the day. It was awful. Not as bad as the Mexican place there before it. I ordered guacamole and the waitress said, "Don't order that. They get that stuff out of a can."

When the fam is together, we still hit up Piasano's cross the street.
It's a poor man's Olive Garden.

If I am eating Italian in the KC area....it's Anthony's on Grand

Lidia's is pretty good.
I've waddled out of Garrozo's a few times.
Cupini's catered my daughter's wedding and did an excellent job. Good stuff.
