I like bourbon too.

But I drink just enough of it that a simple glass of it doesn’t feel like a special occasion, if that makes sense. I’m tempted to fancy it up for the holiday.

I might make old fashioneds, but with less or no sugar, cuz who needs that.

Orrr, I’ve never actually gotten loaded off egg nog. It would be fun to make it from scratch, or just buy a carton from the store and use it as a mixer.

The only thing is, I’ve never needed more than a few sips of eggnog. I could see myself having half a cocktail and saying, k thanks I’m glad I tried it but for the rest of the night let’s just pour a glass of bourbon.

Actually, I only drink bourbon on Derby Day. I'm not much of a liquor guy.
