That's some Graham minutes right there...as was said before, he let 'em hang tonight!
Funny how he went from "EJ v Michigan bad" in the the game thread to being the consensus All-American after making 6 FTs. Granted that was during a stretch where he, alone, went turnover-missed front end- turnover all within 4 possessions.
That's how uber-talented freshmen are though.

And man...I really hope that OT win helps us understand how to close out games...cause we really shit the bed at the end of regulation. Hopefully this win also gives us confidence to win on the road too.

Dotson and Ochai are season savers. Love those guys. Makong this season bearable to watch. Love the eggort and energy they bring wvery time down the court

they played hard. I'd say the eggort was hard boiled.

I have to remind myself this young man is just a freshman so mistakes are going to happen (see end of regulation) but he could be the next Mason or Graham (see previous 37 minutes in regulation and OT). He was my favorite player at the beginning of the year and I see no reason to switch up now.

He keeps putting up numbers like last night and we will be needing a PG for next year.

That kid has elite speed with the ball.

I hope PhD comes to tell me he doesn't personally classify that as speed.....

more quickness than speed.

I don't know what it means for his future - I mean I have some idea - but...I think Dotson is pretty clearly Bill's best frosh PG here.

It might mean that we actually do have a OAD guard on the team.

Let's hope so.

A draft with no Kansas players taken would suck.

Dedric's going to get drafted.

You don't want our basketball players to succeed and become professionals?

I'm sure they're all at college so they can become real estate appraisers like me!

Nah. He's so small.

Listed at 6'2ish right?

Hard to tell on TV, but I agree he does look small....anyone seen up close to get a better idea?

I would rather our freshman core come back to be sophomores.
And if Dedric for some reason ( and it's not happening ) decided to come back, that would be fine by me as well.
I like Kansas basketball - not Sacramento Kings basketball.
It's nice to check in on NBA players but the NBA sucks until the playoffs.

It's not just height. He's not big, and not particularly long. He's an NBA player, but not a OAD.

Agreed.
As well as Dotson and Agbaji have played, I don't think either leave this season.
And I think it would be a mistake for Grimes to do so.

What’s Dotson’s draft projection/pro comparison?

Well, he's projected first round for 2020. And, the more he looks like Frank, the more I wonder if the teams' hesitancy on his size dwindles.
