Exactly, ‘half-donuts’ are not donuts or they would call them ‘donuts’ instead. Thank you.

I see through thier game.

Step 1: Advertise your coffee...not your donuts.

Step 2: Create the driest donuts known to man.

Step 3: Collect money.

Step 4: Customers DO love the coffee.

Back when I worked more traditional office jobs, I used to hate it when people would have a whispering conversation in my vicinity. I even asked people to go have a private conversation somewhere else. It's just annoying. I assume it's some gossip shit that I don't want to know about. Some women were especially bad about doing it, but a few men did it too.

It's even worse when people talk to each other in a foreign language and then you hear one of them say your name.

There's a spot up here called Holy Donut.
They are larger than your typical ( i.e. Dunkin Donut or Munchers donut ) AND they are made from potatoes so they are heavy/filling.
While I haven't cut one in half without a person prepared to go halvsies, I get why people cut em in half.

Sorry to create such controversy on the thread.

No controversy, it's not the cutting of the donut that I take issue with, it's the leaving the other, now ruined, half in the box only to disappoint someone else.

If you can only eat half, that just makes you a pussy. But as long as you don't leave it there, I got no beef.

This is the local place I've been picking up donuts from when it's my turn to bring them.

https://donutcrazy.com/menu/monthly-crazies/

They have standard donuts "dailys" and then on the page I linked, they have their "crazies" which are the over the top donuts. It's a few blocks out of my way, and there's a Dunkin' that is on the way, but I go to donut crazy instead.

For me, sweets, which I consider a donut, is not a qualifier of being a 'pussy' for not finishing it.
Qualifiers are things like steak dinners, a combo meal at Arthur Bryants, a double cheese burger, your beer.
If I get served a giant piece of cake, and I don't want all the frosting and shit that comes with it, I'm gonna leave it be.

I'm not a big dessert guy.

That's exactly what a pussy would say.

I love gluten.
I don't particularly love donuts.
In fact, they are way far down on the breakfast food chain.
