1. Bacon, egg and cheese sandwich on a Kaiser roll

2. Omelette with tomatoes, carrots, broccoli and cheese

3. Cinnamon Toast

4. Eggs and bacon or sausage

5. French Toast

Best crepes I had was in a cafe across the street from Notre Dame Cathedral. Yum.

in Cameroon a common breakfast dish is spaghetti and eggs, with the spaghetti cooked into the egg in a flat sort of omelette...plenty of seasonings and vegetables too

sounds odd, i know, but absolutely delicious

Best breakfast items that take some time to make

1. B&G. With some hot sauce is heaven
2. Bacon. Baking bacon has been my jam for a few years now. Easy.
3. Hashbrowns. If perfectly done, these are incredible.
4. Eggs. Over medium.
5. Waffles. With a waffle iron is dang good.

I like hot sauce as much as anyone. I really don't want the vinegar with my breakfast though. Plenty of black pepper, but I leave the hot sauce for later.

I saw an easy "recipe" for baking sliced apples on a waffle iron. Spray the waffle iron, cook 1/4" slices of apple on the waffle iron for 2 minutes and then sprinkle with cinnamon or cinnamon sugar mixture or dip in a caramel sauce. More of a sweet treat than a breakfast item though. I may try this
