BTW anyone that hasn't been to the WW1 Museum needs to go. Minhin and I went last week and found it fascinating. We spent all afternoon there and are considering a return trip just to discover what we overlooked the first time.

I spent a day there a few years ago. Excellent museum.

Took my dad there at Christmas.
I was really impressed.

Did you watch the film about trench warfare?
Horrific

The WW2 museum in New Orleans is excellent, as well.

Not a war museum, but Mrs 99 and I spent several hours in the Mob Museum in Las Vegas.
Really cool in the old federal courthouse. Several floors of movies, and artifacts. They had the brick wall from the St Valentine's day massacre. And a nice little section on Boss Tom and the Civellas.

If you're in the metro, look outside.

It looks like 10 PM rather than 10 AM.

Our first sunny and dry day for over a week.
Shouldn't this be in the weather thread?

I would say no, a lot of paranormal activity going on around here. https://www.huffpost.com/entry/kansas-c ... e90d9a9ded

Rain has started now. When I posted, no rain, just low black clouds that made the sky look like like 9-10 pm. Strange.

Crazy. Muggy as can be here in KC. I broke down and had a neighbor kid mow my front yard, my allergies are kicking my butt right now.
