I think the Grimes experiment can go on v WVU.
But if Garrett is back for Tech, you don't have to start Garrett, but you certainly sit Grimes if he is shooting like he was tonight.

It would be good to have Garrett back v Culver.

I think Bill is too, secretly. 2011-2012 tendencies with this squad. Those guys had some veteran talent, but toughness is starting to get there like that team had.
Bill is going to love this team by year end.

That's awesome. Clearly Self recognized this as a big game. I would've thought this was a sweet 16 win from watching that video.

Silvio will have served a more severe suspension than Kareem Hunt. Danger to society I guess.

I fully expect that to happen. And I predict that Vick will be back for Kansas State visit to AFH the game after the TT road trip.

Vick with his head back in the game is needed no doubt.

As I said before, I'm grateful that this year has forced us to use our bench. We now know some of our guys are capable of scoring 20 points, and a few are capable of grabbing 8-12 rebounds. When Vick comes back, it could take some pressure off of him.

When was the last time we had 3 guys get double doubles in the same game? And two of them were freshman guards!

Why don't coaches use timeouts more often on the final play?
I understand that you have the 'difficulty' of getting the ball back in and it allows the defense to get set - in this case, the defense was already set.
Surely you have a play that you've practiced for end of game situations that the team you're playing against haven't seen yet that you think would give you a high percentage shot.

Oh well.
Thanks B12 coaches.

It's mind boggling.
You want to get Desmond Bane or Kendric Davis the ball so they can drive downhill - not let the guard who was letting Dotson live rent free in his head dribble around, get inevitably stuck, and hand the ball off for some rushed half ass shot.

He's been hinting that he's going to stick it out and stay at KU to play 1 season.

-Fran (Ignoring the fact his feet were moving the whole time)

Anyone else generally sick of him on KU games?

jhawks99 even has feelings about Fran in his sig.
He wants with all of his soul for KU not to extend the streak to 15.
