I never watch jeopardy, tuned in and watched 4 questions.

Just maybe another example of me getting old.

I think there are unspoken rules on Jeopardy.

Don’t interrupt the host.

If you get the question wrong, don’t say anything, other people might be trying to buzz in.

When you are choosing a category, be brief. An occasional joke is fine but don’t do it often and/or don’t make long jokes or comments.

After you get a question wrong, and no one else gets it right, so you get to start the turn, don’t go on about why you got the question wrong, just pick the next question.

Basically, try to be brief and courteous, because there’s only so much time in the show.

Pet peeves but aren’t unspoken rules:

Don’t answer almost every question as if you aren’t sure it’s right as to protect yourself from embarrassment if you aren’t.

Stop waving your hands everywhere.
