This isn't a "militia", it's a domestic terrorist organization.

Louisiana’s state senate has approved a bill explicitly banning sex with animals by 25 votes to 10.
The bill, which now goes to the House of Representatives, would make sexual abuse of an animal illegal; require an abused animal to be taken from its abuser; and bar those convicted from owning any pets in future...
The 10 senators – all Republican – who voted against the bill...

NRA chief Wayne LaPierre claims he’s being extorted by Oliver North. He’s standing his ground.
National Rifle Association chief executive Wayne LaPierre said Thursday that the organization’s president is trying to oust him in an alleged extortion attempt — casting light on apparent discord within the influential gun rights group.
In a letter penned to the NRA’s board, LaPierre claimed Oliver North, a former Marine Corps lieutenant colonel perhaps best known for his role in the Iran-contra affair, was pressuring him to resign over alleged financial transgressions.
“Delivered by a member of our Board on behalf of his employer, the exhortation was simple: resign or there will be destructive allegations made against me and the NRA,” LaPierre wrote in the letter, which was published Friday by the Wall Street Journal...

Clearly, LaPierre has lost it.
National Rifle Association President Oliver North is leaving the gun-rights organization, after losing a bruising internal political battle with the group’s longtime CEO, Wayne LaPierre.
Mr. North, in a letter read to NRA members at the group’s annual meeting in Indianapolis, said he had hoped to be renominated for a second one-year term as president, but “I am now informed that will not happen.”

The U.S. signed on to the agreement in 2013 but has not ratified the treaty.
