Oh! Sorry, forgot to answer.
We went back to my buddy’s place in Bellevue and were gonna try and rally but after showers we were exhausted from 4 days straight of standing in rivers and just crashed. Exciting, I know.

that’s a tough one...fried is the safer bet, regardless of source. but, with the right source, fresh is so much better

Jalapenos stuffed with cream cheese, a lil smokey and wrapped in bacon. Then hickory smoked for 3 or 4 hours.
