No one has been given a bigger megaphone by the media than Trump. No network has made any attempt to silence him. He has simply been quiet because he doesn't know what he wants to do. Stop with the poor, persecuted Trump shtick.
I expect this to end in a litany of unpaid bills and court proceedings just like every other business venture he has embarked upon.

there is a difference between those wildly successful products and this one, though:
