PDub used to be my favorite NBA player. Heck, my first email address was Gutterpiercefan.
PDub was very cool to me the couple of encounters I had with him (gave me his headband at the United Center while we talked about KU and where he was going to go for dinner after the game - and when I saw him walking through the casino at the Mirage in Vegas).
I love Paul Pierce.
Obviously he was great basketball player, he's a great guy (at least to me), and most importantly a seemingly great father.
All that said, it sure seems PDub has turned in to a permanently stoned idiot - and the guy is on a downward spiral. I hope I'm wrong. For his and his family's sake.
