We're going to get a really good sophomore season out of Jalen Wilson.

The way things are set up, it's almost stupid to not declare and get feedback. Didn't they change the rule where you can now declare for draft as many times as you want? Or is it still one freebie and the 2nd time you're ineligible?

At this point, with how things are set up, it's almost a shock if a player doesn't either declare or enter the portal.

I think this loss would kill my optimism for next year. He can hit 3s, switch onto guards, defend bigs, rebound, and drive.

He's not unathletic, he's just not a good leaper. It's like the opposite of Ochai. Ochai can really jump but is slow. Jalen is pretty damn quick for his size, just doesn't have good hops.

At his height and weight, though, NBA level? I question his ability to defend perimeter at NBA level.

But, I am right there with you that he could be a fantastic 4 at KU.
