I've been sitting in my eye surgeon's waiting room for over an hour. Sucks and I'm starting to get annoyed. That and no one has any clue that they can silence their phone or talk without yelling into it.

I HATE doctors offices. Where is that thread about worst customer service?

Seems that they lost my paperwork. I got in after an hour and 45 minutes. Once they figured it out, I got through eye exam, eye pics, and then the doc's office pretty quickly.

So..... There is a grocery store across the street from me. The "chain" (Treasure Island) is closing up shop after 55 years. They advertised between 10% and 40% off on all items in the store.
Meanwhile, a lot of the shit in the store is usually 10-15-20% higher in cost than lower end grocery chains.
I'm not kidding when I say there was 10X the normal amount of people in the store at 4:45pm today and not a single item was more than 20% off - and most were only 10%.
I felt like telling people the gas station 2 miles away is selling $10 a gallon gas at 25% off and they should go run and fill up their tanks.
