I think the term you’re looking for is “witch hunt”

Truthfully i hope they have something concrete and justice is served because otherwise i do start to feel a little uneasy about the slippery slope that politically motivated criminal investigations can/will become...and i think anyone would be nieve if they didn't think there was at least a small amount of political motivation behind going after trump and his affiliates.

Well, it’s difficult to get anything of legal consequence to stick on rich folks in Merica.

And it’s always gonna be framed as politically motivated with Trump. That’s his new scapegoat.

But he’s been toeing the line of criminality for most of his career. This is stuff that was going on for years before he even knew what politics was.

But, come on. A guy who has bragged about not paying taxes was, in fact, not paying taxes. Whoda thunk it!

Regardless of how it is framed, why it actually happened/started matters in the grand scheme of things. Even if whoever is guilty.

Also some corporations that are part of the Trump brand.

……yet.

Ok, I see the misunderstanding. FTR, both Trump and his CFO are unscrupulous scumbags. Nelson Mandela- not so much.

You talk a lot about owners who do/know nothing.....and while often times i disagree, Trump strikes me as someone who might be one that doesn't know a whole hell of a lot about what is going on in the interworkings of his numerous entitites.

I don't know what I would call the Ukraine call, but perfect isn't it. Although no clue what that has to do with this thread/topic?

What ever came of all that anyway?
