1) I would say white or black but neither are probably good 365 days a year in Chicago so I might have to go with blue.

4) Very first? Probably think what the fuck. Then as quietly as possible ask the person if they want me to do what is written on the receipt.
5) Pretty much a tie minus d but if I have to pick one - At this moment I would go with g and yet 5 minutes from now she might be my 6th choice.
