I don't think so. Its clearly bothering him. He was having issues jumping today.
Clearly. Even with stone hands he'd normally convert some of those lobs he couldn't finish today.
I only came to kick some ass...

Hanging out at the elbow shooting set shots.

Also nagging things can vary. A bad tape job for example. It wouldn't surprise me if the reason he left for the locker room in the first half was to remove a bad tape job.

But I think Dave looks fine, and really good, when he’s flying around grabbing offensive boards. He did that twice this week.

You could see him limping from time to time in the second. It's not going to stop him from playing but it is bothering him noticeably.

Man, back home and overcaffeinated. Watching the DVR of the game. We could have thumped them even more than we did. Honestly, the majority of the possessions where we did not get points,we still had a good look at the shot. Several good looks at three that just didn't drop and a few finishes around that rim that bounced out. Just an ass whipping.

From about the 17:30 mark to the 13:00 minute mark.
I came on here to get an analysis and my guess is pdub was pretty much spot on.
"We were good.
Baylor was just remarkably bad.
Like cursed bad. Everything rimmed out".
Looking at the box score - Baylor shot 29.6%. Before the game they averaged shooting 47.2%.
What part of pub's analysis do you (and should I) disagree with?

You didn't watch the game, yet the only comment you had to make was a negative one. You've gotta admit that's pretty guttery

I understand my reputation may be a factor, but I am having a difficult time comprehending how/why you interpreted my "comment" as being negative.

My exact words were.....
"I came on here to get an analysis and my guess is pdub was pretty much spot on".

Anyways, obviously it was a big W for the program and would it come off as my being negative if I said it seems as if it was kind of a polar opposite of the Kentucky game?

Baylor did not get very many good looks at all and Kansas' aggressive defense and the constant noise from the fans played a large part in that. Baylor didn't just luckily miss a bunch of shots.

Yes, I feel that the effort levels put out by Kansas vs. what Baylor played with were polar opposites of the levels by Kansas vs. what UK played with. The only difference was that it felt like UK made a far higher percentage of their tough shots vs. Kansas than Kansas did vs. Baylor. If Kansas had one of those "even the junk is going in" games like it felt like UK had then it might have been a 40+ point win.

No.
We played great defense.
But they had some better looks that really should have gone in. Quite a few of them.

It wouldn't have made the difference but maybe they woulda lost by 15.
