Anyone else surprised that 103 is the most we have put up on them in our history?

I'd have thought closer to 108.

So, I heard I think like a week ago, that the new NET rankings are why starters are staying games longer. Something to do with offensively efficiency. I would like to know more about this piece of the ranking.
