at least in my field, most are leaving academia for industry…more jobs, and better pay with productivity-based raises and bonuses

I agree that it's kind of hard to believe that amazing title game happened. What I was thinking about today is questioning if this was the best transition team we've had since 2008. Do you think it was?

Just watched the first 10 minutes of the second half again. What a fucking show that stretch was. Outscored UNC 31-10.

What a weird 20min or so stretch. Their huge run and then our huge run back to back.

And somehow we both led for the exactly the same amount of time i think i read.
