Just realized the people who sang God Save the Queen their entire life will never sing it again (in regards to paying loyalty to their country) - and for the first time will sing God Save the King for the rest of their life.
I know, that and a few bucks gets me some Yorkshire Pudding and a post on here.

Is it weird that I do not give a shit at all about the stupid British royal family? They don't seem to serve any real meaningful purpose other than ceremonial nonsense. The whole thing seems no more than a real life daytime drama series. Blech...
To each their own, I suppose. I just never understood the fascination with any of this. Sorry
