Don't hate the player hate the game. The way the rules regarding contracts is set up, being a guy they drafted who made an all nba team, he is entitled to this contract. And if the Celtics (or any of team in this situation) don't give him the supermax he qualifies for, the player is certain to throw a fit about it and cause all kinds of complications

Apparently the Sixers have ended negotiations to trade Harden, and are bringing him back this season.

I am sure he will complete a few lay-ups this year. Maybe in October.

I can't believe Royce O'Neal is a solid NBA player. He was so meh in college.

Harden had that slight chance with Chris Paul on the Rockets and Paul got hurt.
He's not a guy i'd want on my team. He's RussWestbrookesque.

His best years have come and gone. He's a tough fit anywhere.

Didn’t Harden’s game take a step back, no pun intended, when they changed the rules about creating contact while shooting?

2016-2017

This trio didn't win more than 50% of their games. Sad.

I assume the faction wars (veterans vs. young guys) sucked all the potential out of that team.

Wade and Rondo were kinda spent at that point though.

Yes. He was kind of the target of that rule changed, because he was exploiting the foul game system for free throws. Turns out when he had to play real basketball without being given countless trips to the free throw line, his statistics went down some

Hit their 3s. USA didn't feel a need/desire to defend. Shit happened.
Could have put our posts on the FAFO thread.
