This was a really tough loss. I really want Goff to quietly tear a piece out of the conference over this stuff. Kansas was the good news story for all of CFB except here in the Big 12. We can't have nice things.

Just kinda a shitty ending.

Likely a TD throw to Neal missed.
Horse collar likely missed. I haven’t watched the replay enough. It was close.

Then a clear DPI.

That game deserved more.

If not, Bean showed out as a backup.
fingers are crossed for Daniel's..

more reps for Bean to get his timing, rhythm and decision making up to speed… we ain’t out of this yet.

I thought there was a chance at a real classic ending and am still pretty down. The Neal throw will haunt us for awhile.

but the thing is, no way he makes that tackle without having his hand under the collar of his jersey

In fairness, the spread was +7 TCU.

Like I said, horsecollar close.
Pass interference not.

Yeah. They were just so obvious too. I bitch about this stuff because it goes back a long way. Trying to recall an important game where KU got a call in football.

I missed this live.

Looking at it now, the horse collar was a tough call, not sure it was.

Definitely defensive holding on the last one.

We do have a history of letting one receiver go nuts unfortunately. And of course a Randy Moss dude suits up.

I hate to say it - that fumble on the goal line turned out to be a 14 pt. turn in the score. Not all on Jalon. The defense gave up a 55 yd play on 1st down from the one.

On a more positive note, I think Matt Gildrsleeve deserves some credit. Strength and conditioning difference is real. I know some of it is recruiting, but in the past we got manhandled by teams like this.

As CnB said when this hiring happened in May of 21. I thought Gildersleeve was the unncessary hire. They guy that was here was really good.

But I’ll admit I was wrong. He’s a stud.

Knowing how close to the vest they are with Hishaw, do we think we will have any idea at all about Daniels return?

I doubt it.

I agree with the close hold injuries. Coaches in this conference are cutthroat.
