Just sunk in how much I dislike the game day KU was ‘supposed’ to play next. Especially when it’s on a Thursday/Friday.

UConn would have kicked KU's ass last night instead of kicking Arkansas' ass.

Hard not to root for K-State, gritty, tough game. Likeable coach and players play hard for him. Self needs to get some damn shooters for sure. Miss the days of Mason and Devonte running the point or even Chalmers and Collins. Those guys were fast and could pull up and shoot and were masters of driving in the lane and dishing to the open guy with a no look pass. Nowell is a stud.

I personally find it quite easy not to root for K-State.

Ha, not saying I want them to win it all, but I'd be fine if they get to the Final 4. They are a fun team to watch and play hard, something lacking in KU's team this year.

The only real difference between them and KU is kstate has a quick point guard that can blow by people and hit shots. Ku does not. And that opens up the whole offense

I think we'd beat ksu in a 7 game series.
We lost at their place in OT down 3 starters in a foul fest because Self called a timeout half a second too early.
We put 90 on em at AFH.

They were fortunate with their draw. That's how it goes.
They turn the ball over a lot -- so they have struggled against good defenses. None of these tourney teams they've faced have good defenses.

I think they'd be watching from home if they had to play Arkansas/UConn.

Different game different match up. But on the flip side, its silly to think we would fare well against the team that absolutely pummeled the team that beat us

Not really. It was one game. By a point. With some kinda flukey things happening with our play, without Coach Self on sideline.

I think it’s silly (and incredibly easy) to extrapolate based on a single game that we’d have gotten beat. You do you though.

A sizeable chunk of their fanbase have treated KU fans, coaches and players like shot and I hope they suffer season after season. I do not want them to have anything enjoyable because they are insufferable jerks.

I am sure I can find other non-KU teams who are fun to watch and who play hard. Screw them.
