Exciting year. But not in a good way. Teams were grabbing and holding all year. CBS was bragging about defense, but the play has been offensive. I almost stopped watching during the season. And Arkansas should not have been an 8 seed. The NCAA practically pulled a gun on KU to stop them this year.

I agree. But the game in Manhattan changed the season. Teams began to just maul the offense. Took what was pretty basketball and pitched it out. This kind of game is almost unwatchable.

the fouls are measurable. all the other dumb calls/no-calls contributed too. to be clear, i don't blame the refs for the loss, but their participation in today's game was unsatisfactory.

Correct. Not their "fault" we lost.

They made it so that neither team could "win" the game. It was a free throw contest.

This one hurts bad. So easy to love DH KJ JW KM and GD. One of the most likeable, well behaved, competitive teams we have had. Just the kind of team you "want" your teams to be like.

I thought the shot clock reset too soon there. Seemed awfully quick 10. There was also a three second five second call when Gradey was clotheslined.
