Maybe that's not his goal. Let me ask you this - would you rather have Dickinson or Bidunga next year?
I'd rather have a junior Udeh and Zuby.
Yep. Me too.

I think udeh gets to the nba eventually tho. He's just so mobile and versatile defensively. Clint Cappella clone

I never thought him to Kansas made much sense. But wouldn't have guessed he'd end up at auburn either. That would be a huge pick up for Bruce pearl. He's had some talented bigs lately

Bidunga announced he is going to be a Jayhawk. For now. Obviously that may change.

..."He was more intent to dominate the paint in the afternoon, and virtually unmatched when that was the case. Bidunga showed off his physical tools by ripping the rim on a couple of massive finishes, snatching rebounds above the pack, getting deep enough post position so that he could virtually shoot down on baby hooks with full extension, and sprinting the floor with more force and speed than any other big man in the field."..

Hopefully working with Bill, Bidunga will be able to develop a motor:

Dunking is so effortless for this guy he makes the goal look short. He's 6'10 and very athletic. But good lord he must have a massive wingspan

I’ve said it before but I think Kansas and Self are primed for this level of professional sports.

KU likely won’t get outbid and if the money is equal, or close to it, odds are you choose the best coach.

He gets to be GM and coach but not at the NBA level where the pressure and moving pieces are higher/numerous.

A much better version of Bidunga's announcement:

(If they're this excited about it, I'm more excited about it, too.)

I feel like nobody's excited about this? Why? I think this is a huge huge get.

I agree that it is huge, but my excitement is tempered by the last-minute defections from this year. That, and the fact that more and more players bail after a year anyway if they do make it to October.

Being serious, I try not to get too high - or too low.
Like Bill, I have a bad ticker.
