Fantasy Football Draft Trackers

Post by twocoach »

I have begun my annual search for a good free fantasy football draft tracker.

I participate in an in-person draft each year so I have to have a tool that I can use to manually track each team's picks and be ready to make my pick based on who remains available. None of this easy "just draft best available" stuff you get when you do an online draft right through the site you're running the league through. It's a fun way to separate out who has paid attention in the offseason and who hasn't and it's the only time all year that all members of our league get together so we have a good time with it.

Each year, I seem to end up back with my good old Daruuk Draft Slayer spreadsheets because they are excel spreadsheets and guaranteed to work on draft day if there are issues with the internet connection at the bar we go to. I haven't seen a 2023 version out yet but we draft right before the season starts so there's plenty of time still. Fingers crossed he makes a new one this year.

The Ringer just put out a web based one that looks very promising. It's online which makes me nervous but I will give it a try: https://fantasyfootball.theringer.com/draft-tracker

Briefly checked out this one but I don't like it: https://www.fantasynerds.com/nfl/buddy

Any other ones out there that you utilize? I always like trying new stuff.

Apparently, you all do a bunch of boring online drafts.

Well if you need a tool for an offline draft, here's this year's version of that spreadsheet I always use. https://www.thedraftslayer.com/
