5 Thoughts after week 3.....

1. Love him or hate him, Deion Sanders and his Buff team are a legit/worthy story to be shared.

2. If 3 years ago someone told me that on 9/17/23 Kansas legitimately may have a better QB situation than Alabama, I would think they were nuts. I'm probably nuts to think that right now too - but......

3. If I am not mistaken, Georgia, Michigan, Florida State, Texas, Notre Dame, Alabama, Ole Miss, and Iowa, were all either losing or up no more than 8 points at halftime to inferior teams. Why?

4. If I had to pick 3 (THREE) Pac 12 teams that I feel have a decent chance to play in the BCS Playoff/s....
Right now I would have to say USC, Oregon, and.... I'll go with UCLA.
Because I said that - Oregon State, Colorado, Utah, Washington, or Washington State, will end up winning the Pac 12.

5. I've done well (but not great) with my predictions on here.
I've also done well (but not great) on ESPN with the spread/s
20-10 W-L
435 RANK
99.5% PCT
Current Period: 7-3
I can pretty much guarantee if I started putting money on games I would lose more than I would make.
I'm thinking for this coming week's games I might share what I would consider betting.

Bonus thought. 3-0 is 3-0 no matter how you slice it.

Yea the buffs are a story

But, the rams did end up with almost 200 yards in penalties. Dunno if a good team will afford Deion that.

Tough stretch ahead. Beav says CU comes back down to earth

i keep expecting ku fan to move beyond basketball school given the level of play, but that's clearly too hard for most.

It’s because Deion is a dick. The sunglasses and cowboy hat take it up a notch, but the dickishness is the root cause.

I was afraid that we would eventually agree on something.

Reset, looks like it could be another 4-5 years for the next incident

I think he's posting about that team that lost to messourah.
I'm thinking Portillo's for lunch. Pretty good Eye-talian sammy.

Evidently you can't be a knowledgeable college football fan without knowing the third string QB at Kstate.

Worthless predcitions....

BYU +9.5 at KU (I think KU wins by 6)
Rutgers at MICH -24 (That's a push)
FSU at Clemson +2 (I do think FSU beats them 7 out of 10 times)
OU -14 at Cinci (That's a push)
CU +21 at Oregon (I think Oregon wins by 17)
UCLA +6 at Utah (I think UCLA wins by 6)
Ole Miss at Bama -6.5 (I think Bama wins by 8 because they will play better than they have been and Ole Miss will play worse than they have been)
Duke at UConn +21 (I think Duke wins by 20)
Miami at Temple +23.5 (I think Miami wins by 20)
UTSA at Tennessee - 21.5 (Tennessee may shave points but if not, I think they win by 24)
Arkansas +17.5 at LSU (I think LSU wins by 17)
Oregon State at Washington State +3 (I think Oregon State wins by 2 or 3 - or WSU wins by 6)
Charlotte at Florida -28 (I think Florida wins by 31)
UAB +42.5 at Georgia (I think Georgia wins by 41)
Texas - 14.5 at Baylor (I think Texas wins by 17)
Ohio State at Notre Dame +3 (I think Notre Dame wins by 8)
Iowa at PSU -14.5 (I think PSU wins by 18)
UNC -7.5 at Pitt (I think UNC wins by 12)
USC at ASU +34.5 (I think USC wins by 23)
Cal +20.5 at Washington (I think Washington wins by 20)
