Yes, but I was traveling and tethering my computer to my phone as a modem, a "Hotspot", and figured perhaps that was why. But, now I'm home using my Xfinity wifi and

Thanks for the responses kids! Is/was "buggy" for me on both my work and home computers.
I tried logging off and back on and it didn't resolve the issue. Not a big deal.

I wouldn't consider performance issues to be a "bug"

Thanks, DC.

In that case, for those of us technically naive, what would you consider it?

Only reason I am pedantic on this matter is that bugs are generally things that a developer screwed up. Performance issues could be caused by a bug, but the majority of the time they are not

Thanks.

Mjl is correct.
I did nothing new to the code.

I've got a lot of actual work to catch up on but I'll take a look at this next week.
I've done the basic steps typically needed to speed things up -- my guess is our host is gonna try and ask for more money and say our resources are sapped but that should not be the case and i'll threaten to switch if that's their recommendation.

Hope you understand I'm giving you a heads up more than I am complaining. I appreciate all you do and have done in terms of your effort on this site.
I'm not a computer guy so it's not easy for me to explain other than to say sometimes when I click on a thread it is very slow to load. Also when I make a post.
Coincidentally..... I was having the issue earlier this morning but it's been "normal" the past hour or so.

Our RAM usage looks alright.
I'll have to do some digging next week.
I noticed it last night during the Chiefs game.

Anyone else encounter that issue where clicking a page takes forever to load, then eventually just logs you out?
