Control of the ball is the key. It doesn't have to touch the ground to be incomplete.

Bobbling the ball has been a clear standard for incomplete pass for years.

I agree. But frankly KSU got kid gloves treatment on the field again. They had I think only one penalty that was miss marked anyway.

If it had been called incomplete to begin with then that’s the call too.

Instant review should only be for obvious overturns.
