4 yrs/92 mill.
I agree but......
Pittman 3 years 70 million
Evans 2 years 41 million
Higgins 1 year 22 million
all also - way too much.
I love watching all the other teams completely hamstring themselves overpaying for players trying to close the gap to KC. I think Houston was the only contender that got closer to KC this offseason so far and that could change after the draft.

What a fucking steal by the Bears.
Now will they trade down to 3 and get Marvin and just ride w Fields?

Who does Justin Herbert got now?
Quentin and?

Herbert will know the defensive calls in the huddle. And it won't matter

Bears cannot draft Caleb and keep Fields.
If i'm the Pats, i'm calling up Chicago every day and saying, we'll take him for a fifth.
They're in a tough spot there as everyone who were needing a QB and not expected to have a draft pick to get one has found their man.

Caleb Williams would have DJ Moore and Keenan Allen to start his rookie season.
That's pretty money - usually no. 1 QB's show up to a trash fire.

The bears will undoubtedly make the wrong choice either way.

If they trade Fields he'll end up being really good somewhere else.

If they draft Caleb Williams he'll end up sucking.

It's their destiny.

Mike is a FA.
I think the Bears are done WR shopping but it would be hilarious for them to get both Chargers top WRs.

I like Mike. When he's healthy he's a big target with great hands.

Chiefs should go get him.

Or, Seahawks.

DK and Mike Williams, with Lockett in the slot would be dangerous.

I don't think we spend on Mike Williams now that we got Hollywood.
They kinda have similar roles - field stretch - Mike just does it by outleaping everyone.

If I were the Seahawks, i'd be looking for more of a Curtis Samuel / Hunter Renfrow guy.
DK profiles as a better Mike Williams.
( remember when we coulda drafted DK Metcalf instead of Mecole Hardman )

The Bears are drafting Caleb Williams. Pittsburgh just traded Pickett and now have no QB's from last year and only have Wilson. They going for Fields too?

They got Wilson for $1.21 million. Fields still under rookie contract he still super cheap probably less than $2 million thus year. Next year Fields cost like $25 million.

The Bears. Forget everything I said. That was super stupid. At least keep Fields around to compete. And teams will need to replace injured QBs at a high price during the season. Just own goal stuff again.
