Epic battle between Embiid and G (Im not going to try and spell his last name) last night. Both as individuals and their teams. This looked bad when it happened.

The Caruso guy is a good story.
Dude has been in the G League for a while now, undrafted out of A&M.
Scored 32 last night.

He may have played his way into a contract.

Whenever I feel this stuff (giving away shoes) is too overdone these days - I then watch something like this and realize it can't be done enough.

LOL

Yup. LeBron made magic quit.

Do you think magic is some submissive nobody? He's freaking Magic Johnson. He'd never bow down to LeBron, and especially not in LA. That's magics franchise.

You're so obsessed with LeBron you can't objectively look at anything related to him or the teams he's played for. It turns you into a blabbering idiot.

LeBron having an effect on Magic's decision or not - Let's be honest here kids.
Magic was more than happy to bask in the glory when he got LeBron and thought he (and Pelinka) would build this in to a championship caliber team - but now when it comes time for condemnation and it seems his vision has become blurred he's running away.
As someone else so eloquently put it, Magic has survived with HIV for 30 years and couldn't survive 9 months with LeBron.
Bottom line is, the most accountable people for this season's debacle are named Luke Walton and Jeanie Buss. Half the people on here could be as good of an NBA head coach as Walton is/was. Buss hired both Pelinka and Magic and that combo proved they can bring in the best player in the game and injury or no injury to LeBron - they still didn't make this team any better. Well, I guess the Lakers were 2 games better this season than last season. Whoopdy freakin' do.

I wonder what would have happened had Lebron not gotten hurt. At the time of his injury that team was a four seed I want to say or at least a playoff team. Then his injury happened and even worse was the AD trade situation. That completely blew up the team. Injury withstanding the way that roster was built in general should have gotten everyone in that organization fired.

Dirk = all timer
D-Wade = all timer

I saw that they only played 23 total games with all their main guys healthy.

Their record in those games was 15-8.

Losing LeBron Lonzo and Ingram at various times throughout the season put them in a bad spot.

Good point and that is true. I forgot about Lonzo, Ingram, Kuz and Rondo all being hurt during various stages of the season. Never had a chance to mesh as a team. Then you throw the rest of the BS that Lebron and his camp pulled with the AD trade that season was doomed.

Any truth to the rumor that there is a piece set to come out about Magic and improper conduct with employees during his time with the Lakers...
