Suggestions for a mild wing sauce? My kids don't do heat
For grilled wings—-bbq sauce works great. I generally water it down ever so slightly to be used for this purpose. Or Parmesan garlic is fantastic
I was just looking into making the bdubs parmesan garlic. Going to give that a shot.

Turned out tasting right on point, following this, except used yogurt instead of mayo just because the idea of fatty meat drenched in fat seemed gross: https://www.mashed.com/1228967/copycat- ... gs-recipe/

Also did a hot gochuchang sauce for the adults.

$1.49 wings never tasted so good.

I do an Asian marinade for grilled wings.
Soy, ginger, garlic, lime juice, sesame oil, and some ketchup.
Add sambal olek for some added flavor, won't add any heat.

Putting the free breadsticks to good use. Yes, the video IS safe for work.

Not super amazing but not bad. Pretty decent descriptor of most publicly traded menu selections. Dumb it down for the masses.

I do a fair amount of Asian cooking, primarily stir-frying with a wok. As I am not at all a natural when it comes to cooking of any kind, I pursue insight and recipes by listening to chefs on pod casts, watching youtube videos, and using cook books. Through those filters, I have developed an expectation that Koreans have sophisticated palates...

It's always nice to see my 2nd largest holding, Darden, DRI, parent co. of Olive Garden, get positive press.

I hadn't eaten there in years until a couple of weeks ago, and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised.

It has been years since I've been to the OG.
It wasn't great.
I have to say, looking at that pasta doesn't make me want to go back anytime soon.

Restaurants, like medicine, shouldn’t be publicly traded.

I prob last went to OG like a decade ago. Super classy date night with my girlfriend at the time.

The server comes over and, as part of introducing himself, sets a 1.5 liter bottle of rosé on the table.

Oh, well, what’s that? You just set it there and we get to go to town like it’s salad and breadsticks, right?
