Think this will be Liberace's swan song? This team is really, really terrible.

but not even two seasons since a b12 title.
I don’t know if ksu gets all that much better than that.

The freshman show promise. Not enough to contend anytime soon.

Marcus was a missed three from single handedly matching ksu's entire starting lineup in total points.
ksu's starting lineup was 0-16 from 3, 8-38 from the field.

Re: KU at kstate Official Game Thread
They had what, 41 points for the game?
And that’s counting several garbage time 3s against the walkons.

Re: KU at kstate Official Game Thread

Yeah, wish those 2 garbage time 3's didn't go in. I can't recall keeping a team in the 30's. Surely not a league team.
I did read that 41 points is the least amount of points in the KU-KSU game in at least like 70 years.

KU smoked the Nubs in like 2006 or something like that right? Like 79-38 or something.CrimsonNBlue wrote: ↑Thu Feb 18, 2021 10:45 am Yeah, wish those 2 garbage time 3's didn't go in. I can't recall keeping a team in the 30's. Surely not a league team.

Sorry. It was 92-39 in February of 2007. Wut.

Lol. That was one of the only KU games I couldn't watch because I was on a bus after my football game a few hours away from my campus and all I could get was text updates from my parents. I remember my mouth consistently dropping with every score update.CrimsonNBlue wrote: ↑Thu Feb 18, 2021 11:17 amThat was footballNewtonHawk11 wrote: ↑Thu Feb 18, 2021 11:16 amKU smoked the Nubs in like 2006 or something like that right? Last nights game was about as thrilling as watching paint dry.
I like that we are stringing some wins together. But man are we unfun to watch.

Re: KU at kstate Official Game Thread
Where does grass growing rank on this scale?
We know this:
KU @ ksu Feb 17 2021 < paint drying
1st half KU @ ISU Feb 13 2021 = grass growing
We need to know if paint drying or grass is growing is more exciting to finish this equation.

I wonder how good we’d be if we could get over our slow start syndrome
