I said this team was a carbon copy of the Dedric Lawson team. Everyone brushed it off...

So in reality, this team was a 3 seed on Self's coaching ability alone. I'm not sure if they should have really been something like an 8-9 seed or what, but this was one of the only times I felt like a Kansas team had no shot in the tournament. Have some good young guards to build on, but hopefully we can get another good big and pg for next season.

Meh. SC was hitting everything. Relaxed, every team is Golden State. But a shitty match-up for KU this year. Somehow SC hit the lottery on talented bigs. Hmmm.

Thing is we know how bad this team can play because they showed it several times during the year. It just wasnt a “good” team. Obviously better than having horrible seasons like UK, UNC, and Duke have had in the last decade, but this team was not going anywhere.
