edit: they can! USDA zones 4-9…learn something new every day
4? wow never would've guessed they could survive a zone 4 winter.
right?

i call bs though…show a successful grow in SE Alaska and i’ll be convinced

my pops tried (and failed) in Kansas
Have we fallen into a mesmerized state that makes us accept as inevitable that which is inferior or detrimental, as though having lost the will or the vision to demand that which is good?

Actually, the reason peaches won’t grow in KS is cuz the NCAA placed an old occultist curse on the soils around Lawrence once they found out how many peaches were offered to Wilt.

Dark, sinister black magic. Evil shit!

I think 20,000 peaches over your lifetime is probably enough.

Some of us have never even had one peach.

Is just one peach enough?

Maybe if it’s giant, like that James dude had

You dont want giant peaches.
ESPECIALLY if it's going to be your only one.

This might be one of the longest fruit metaphor threads ever on a sports board. I will stick to nectarines myself.

I believe we all know that right number of peaches for me is "millions," and the right price for these millions of peaches is "free."

We need talent. Final Four teams usually have pros.

The mercurial Dave is a bummer. No real big otherwise.

And not sure about our small guard rotation either.

Och/CB/Jalen/Jalen nice pieces but we need a complete lineup

It sucks to have that much talent on the perimeter only have a shaky frontcourt that can never be counted on.

Man, Cam Martin must have been in way over his head during the summer.

Jalen is a forward so our front court did just as well ( maybe better ) than our back.

Braun off game.
Remy brutal.
Harris lost.

remy probably shouldnt have played today against tech. especiallly considering we lost anyways. respect the mindset of wanting to be out there. but he clearly is still banged up

i was just happy to see Dajuan on the bench more. Love the way he plays the game, but he isn't talented enough to be the lone point guard. he needs (a healthy) remy out there with him

It’s been said, but the thing about our frontcourt is Self knew exactly what he had in Dave and Mitch. For better or worse.

And despite that, and despite all sorts of pretty pieces he brought in for the backcourt, the only thing he added to our frontcourt was a D2 guy who took a shirt anyway.

dajuan bring this teams ceiling down. he has a tiny skinny frame, isn't that tall, isn't that fast, and cant shoot that well. its impressive he is a smart enough player and good enough defender to still be decent in spite of that. but his talent level just isn't that good. not his fault it's just the way he is. Now that we are in conference play and remy is banged up it is being exposed

he could be useful and play a good role on this team, but starting point guard playing 30 minutes ain't it
