Uniforms for this weekend against ISU. My favorite. Last years were cool, but I like the white top and blue pants.

It was filmed at the Campanile Bell Tower, which is a WWII memorial. Not sure what the correlation is beyond that.

I like them though.

Well last years iniforms were about the Civil War right? And Campanile Tower is about WW2??

Per KU Football's instagram...

The Jayhawk font on the front of the jersey is the same that WW2 fighter pilots would inscribe on the side of their jets.

It was possible for Jayhawks to fly jets in WWII...but wrong color of uniform and side to celebrate that.
