Re: Daylight Savings Time question
I guess nobody here walked to school or to a school bus stop, or has had kids who did it. Are you trying to tell us all how rough you had it? 'Cause, my dad already covered this. Huh? I was saying that I had no experience walking to school, because the school bus stopped right in front of our drive...

The pieces I read in favor of it never address one issue against it that I heard back in the ‘60s: kids going to school in the dark in the winter. I googled the idea and it’s still important to a lot of people. Proponents may mention so...

Prior to that they filed suit against the Washington Post. Expect more suits to follow against others. Here’s one possibility:

Nit-pick. Ok, Democrats. They keep telling us about so many things being better in Europe. AOC openly admires Jeremy Corbyn.

Even Democrat Rahm Emanuel won’t stand for what she’s saying: https://www.theatlantic.com/ideas/archive/2019/03/ilhan-omars-dual-loyalty-charge-was-anti-semitic/584314/ Related: an “is it anti-semitism or just anti-Israel” flow chart, which reiterates some of what Emanuel is saying: https://www.batt...

The science has improved? Then why have we repeatedly been told that, “The science is settled”? AOC is now telling us that we have only 12 years to save the earth. What “climatologist” is she listening to? Let me now when the science has improved enough that the models can take temperatures from bef...

Agree that Taylor/Johnson wasn’t among the best tandem guard combo, but as for being among the best teams, they peaked late, but when they did, Wow!

I don't need Vonte as a distributor -- I have BIFM. I need an off the ball shooter and it's a plus that he's also a better defender. Hence Chalmers. If that's your basis for picking that position, I'd take Rush over both of them. Self's best teams had 2 guys who could distribute. Chalmers/Robinson/...

except? he isn’t really a climatologist...his degree is in geography. he’s a writer. Do you think he lied on his resume? How about James Hanson, former NASA “climate scientist,” who got his degree in physics. Maybe he lied on his resume, because in 1988 he predicted that NYC’s West side Highway wou...
