Dems (and Pubs too) want people fired for "disagreeing" with them but it's more about them wanting people being fired for being assholes who have done/said shameful/horrible things. Not 100% sure if that's a good or a bad thing but I'm leaning towards it being a good thing.

This. I don't have a problem with those who are different. Own a gun, go to church, live on a farm, I dont fucking care. Take away the wasteful flow of gazillion of dollars to enrich corporations and the war machine and use it to help citizens instead.
